Chic interior and design, stunning historical architecture, unique room features
Noise levels from street activity are unbearable!!! The lift experience can be frustrating when it’s frequently out of order, which is unacceptable in a hotel of this caliber!!! Consider updating bathroom fittings to match the hotel's charm!!!

A convenient location just five minutes from the train station was helpful, but the hotel was under refurbishment, affecting its overall experience. The air conditioning was non-functional, making the room uncomfortably warm despite a fan being offered. Cleanliness issues were noted, such as a musty cupboard and hair in the tub, which detracted from the otherwise pleasant bathroom. Amenities like an ironing board were available, but soundproofing was inadequate, leading to disturbances from neighboring rooms.

Great location and friendly staff
We were pleasantly surprised by how well-located the place was. Shopping and dining were just a stroll away. The room was lovely and super clean. The staff truly made our stay special. they helped us with our bags and were always around when we needed something. Breakfast was really good, but Sunday was a bit underwhelming. Just wish the shower set-up was better.

excellent upgrade but slow service during busy hours
We received a thoughtful room upgrade since our original room was not ready. The cocktail bar offered a unique selection of drinks that were creatively crafted.
The service felt slow at certain times, likely due to staffing issues.
